Leasline Management Application (LMA)

LMA (Leasline Management Application) automates the creation of “lease exhibit” drawings and provides the data used by the Geographic Information System (GIS) component of AviSoft.

LMA adds intelligence to space management drawings of buildings and facilities in complex infrastructure environments such as airports. 

By linking and synchronizing spatial and non-spatial databases, the application co-ordinates changes to space geometry and facility attributes and guarantees lossless exchange of data. 

LMA database schema requirements are flexible, making it easy to implement LMA where existing CAD files are already highly structured. 

Thanks to complete integration with Autodesk’s AutoCAD, LMA offers a familiar and intuitive interface for AutoCAD users.

LMA enables AutoCAD users to produce intelligent maps that combine graphical representations of spaces and non-graphical space attributes – CAD-based and GIS-based information.

Graphical and non-graphical data are synchronized automatically whenever CAD or GIS files are updated, and the resulting maps can be viewed and printed via a web browser.
